Today, there are hundreds of ways to find how well a company is doing. How are their services and how clients rate their customer services? If you are approached by a company or you have shortlisted a company, try checking their reviews on Clutch.
Moreover, you can check out their social media packages and reviews on Google. This will give you a good insight into how well the company behaves with its client.
It is important to hire software outsourcing services that provide great customer support. If you are sitting in the United States and the outsourced company is in India, effective communication would help in developing the project easily. Ineffective communication would create a lot of problems.
2 — Ask about their development team and their expertise:
Let’s be honest. Outsourcing software development just to save your cost might end up ruining your project. It is important to focus on the team and not just the cost.
When interviewing a company, ask about their development team. Tell them to showcase their relevant projects. For example, if you are developing an android app, you might want the software development company to show you the other android apps that they have developed.
Ask them to walk you through the app development process. This will help you to understand the team coordination and how organized they are.
3 — Effective Communication: How good are they?
We touched on this topic a bit above. Let’s dive a little deeper.

They were hired to develop Android and iOS apps for my friend’s company. Whizpool provided an amazing UI and their development team carefully listened to our requirements and ideas and came up with their creativity.

inVerita is a Ukrain based software outsourcing company. One of my colleagues hired them for a web-based app. Though their developers were amazing, there were some issues with communication. My friend expected better communication from them. Nonetheless, inVerita is a good company.

Skelia is another Ukrain based software outsourcing company. The reason for putting them at the third spot is their cost. They can be a little costly than their counterparts in Ukraine and in Asia.
